Whirlpool Cashback Promotion Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Hotpoint Ireland Ltd, having its registered office in Plunkett House, Grange Castle Business Park, Grange Castle, Dublin 22 (‘Promoter’).

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by claiming, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. The promotion is open to residents in the Republic of Ireland, who are aged 18 years or over excluding Beko Europe employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating retailers, their agents, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. Purchase Period: The Purchase Period starts at 00:00 on 15th July 2026 and ends at 23:59 on 15th September 2026.
3. Claim Period: The Claim Period starts at 00:00 on 14th August 2026 and ends at 23:59 on 12th November 2026. Any claims received outside of these dates will not be accepted.
4. Purchase of selected Whirlpool appliances from the list below is necessary (referred to as ‘Selected Appliances’):

5. Retain receipt / invoice / order confirmation as proof of purchase. This must show the retailer purchased from, the appliance purchased and date of purchase during the Promotional Period.
6. Warranty registration necessary.
7. Internet access and email address required.
8. Cashback claim instructions. To request your cashback:
   1. Purchase a Selected Appliance (see clause 4) from a participating retailer (see clause 13);
   2.  Register your appliance here; 
   3. At least 30 days from the date purchased as shown on the appliance proof of purchase visit whirlpool.ie/promo and enter your first name, last name, email address, date purchased, retailer purchased from, appliance model, product serial number, confirmation of warranty registration, account name and IBAN and upload receipt and photo of appliance unboxed in situ.

9. A maximum of one claim per Whirlpool appliance purchase.
10. You must make your claim using your full legal name. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Claimant who uses multiple names, false names or makes a claim on someone else’s behalf and to require them to return to the Promoter any refund awarded.
11. Cashback value will be €75, €150, or €300 on Selected Appliances (see clause 4).
12. The cashback value is as stated and is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
13. 14. Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products are excluded from this promotion.
15. Each valid cashback claim is limited to a single use and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer made available by the Promoter on the Selected Appliances, unless stated otherwise.
16. VCG The Promorisk People Limited, on behalf of the Promoter, will issue the cashback value via bank transfer only. The cashback amount will be paid to the bank details you have provided on the claim form within 28 days of validation of your claim from the date the Promoter receives the claim form, scan of the purchase receipt and photo of the appliance unboxed in situ.
17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information supplied to the Promoter by the entrant.
18. Where the cashback payment constitutes a taxable benefit, the tax liability lies with the recipient.
19. The Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred relating to the bank transfers of the cashback.
20. In the event that you return the Selected Appliance(s) to the retailer you will not be entitled to claim cashback and in the case of any monies being paid, you will be liable to reimburse the Promoter the cashback amount. For the avoidance of doubt this clause does not prohibit in any way your right to exercise your applicable statutory or warranty rights.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the terms and conditions of this promotion.

23. By submitting a claim, customers agree that the Promoter may disclose information to its agents for the administration purposes only for this promotion.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award cashback if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of the terms and conditions or has been fraudulent or has acted contrary to the spirit of the promotion. By entering this promotion, you confirm to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
25. You understand that all information (including these rules) relating to this promotion published on any promotional or advertising material or on any website at any time before or during the Promotional Period will form part of the terms and conditions of entry. The decision of the Promoter in all matters relating to this promotion is final and binding.
26. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances accept any liability, including but not limited to indirect and consequential losses, loss of anticipated enjoyment or anticipated savings or liability for any loss, damage or injury caused as a result of participation in this promotion, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for that which cannot lawfully be excluded.
27. The Promotion and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to Irish law. Any disputes must be referred to the Irish courts.
